When LIPADI HILLS is not being used by the owners, it is made available to others on an exclusive basis only. As no other guests will be staying at the lodge, it offers privacy and a bespoke safari experience that is perfect for friends and family groups.

The Minimum Stay is 6 NIGHTS and the Minimum Base Rate is for 4 GUESTS*

The Minimum Base Rate is $9600 for 1-4 Guests sharing 2 rooms. Shorter stays may occasionally be accepted if the booking calendar allows, so please contact us for further information.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, the trip from Gabarone (GBE) airport takes approx. 4.5 hours. The drive from Johannesburg (JNB) takes 6-7 hours with a Customs & Immigration check at the border crossing.

  • To secure your reservation dates, a 20% deposit is due within 14 days of reservation offer via bank transfer*. The Reservation Confirmation will then be sent to the group leader by Lipadi Hills Safari Lodge Reservations office via email. The total balance of the reservation is due 30 Days prior to Arrival. Cancellations must be notified in writing to Lipadi Hills Reservation

    Office and the following fees will apply:

    • Over 90 days prior to Arrival – 5% cancelation admin fee

    • 30 to 89 days prior to Arrival – 50% cancelation fee

    • Less than 29 days prior to Arrival - 100% cancelation fee

    *Payments and refunds via credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.
